New for 2026, the Amped A18 Comp combines serious electric performance with full suspension, hydraulic brakes and a lightweight 6061 aluminium frame. With an 800W brushless hub motor, 1000W peak power and speeds of up to 24mph, this is a major step up from a traditional electric balance bike.

Parents and riders can choose between three speed settings:

The suspension can be adjusted to suit the rider and helps absorb bumps, improve traction and give the bike a much more controlled feel over rough terrain.

Combined with chunky 18-inch Duro FAT off-road tyres, the A18 Comp offers excellent stability and grip when the terrain gets challenging.

The A18 Comp features XOD hydraulic disc brakes front and rear, giving the rider progressive and confidence-inspiring braking.

A built-in safety brake cut-off system cuts motor power when the brake is applied, an especially useful feature when riders are developing their throttle and braking technique.

🔋 36V 10Ah Quick-Release Battery

The A18 Comp is powered by a 36V 10Ah removable lithium battery, providing approximately 60–90 minutes of riding time, depending on rider weight, terrain and riding style.

Charging takes approximately 2–4 hours, and the quick-release design makes removing the battery for charging simple.

The bike also features a sealed under-frame design with protected internal wiring to improve protection from the elements and everyday off-road use.
